Barton's Folly was a fine dining restaurant comparable to any in the country. It was my dream, and the beauty of the place astounded all of my guests, many of whom became personal friends.

However, life moves on and we are now a self-catering manor house and cottage. Thank you to all of you who made the restaurant such a success. Thank you to my children who assisted me in every way and to my lovely waitresses who are like my own!
